The house and surroundings exceeded our expectations, especially the yard and the view. Everything was spotless, enough space, comfortable, spacious and warm (heated floors) bathroom. 
The house has a very special and warm feeling due to nice personal touches. The yard and terrace are very well taken care of. We recommend the house as excellent spot for exploring nearby towns - like Talsi, Kuldīga 
Highly recommended for a true retreat at the Latvian country side.
